We set up a dedicated WhatsApp group for each clinic, enabling direct communication with our laboratory manager for case discussions, pricing, and instructions.
Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM-6 PM (excluding public holidays) to assist with case inquiries, urgent needs, and coordination.
For urgent same-day requests after the cutoff, please call us to check availability.
